This book makes me count my blessings:
1. I’m not crazy.
2. No one, at any time, will give me electro-shock therapy.
3. When I’m reading, letters stay in their appropriate place on the page.
4. I have friends.
5. I get along with my mother.
6. No one is pushing me to learn shorthand as the guaranteed path to success in my adult life.
7. I’ve never had food poisoning from a sponsor’s celebratory brunch.
8. I am capable of supervising my own medication intake.
9. There are no nurses spying on me.
10. If I can’t choose a career path and live at home for a while, no one will question my sanity.
